Warranty Policy At Pulse, we are committed to providing high-quality products and offer a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects as follows:
WHOOP Accessories: 3-month warranty.
Armfit Deep Band Accessories: 3-month warranty.
Amazfit Helio Strap: 1-month warranty.
Inspection Upon Delivery Because we trust the quality of our products, we offer an "Inspect Before You Pay" feature for all straps. You have the right to open and inspect the package with the courier. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can simply refuse to receive the order on the spot.
Return & Exchange Policy To ensure your satisfaction, we offer returns based on the following conditions:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, strictly in the case of manufacturing defects.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
⚠️ Important Exceptions: Please note that our warranty and return policies exclusively cover manufacturing defects. They do not cover any damages resulting from misuse, breakage, scratches, or failure to follow product care instructions.
